COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Straightforward commission on qualifying business
Commission is earned on closed, invoiced, and active services tied to registered and approved opportunities.
5% One-Time
Earn a 5% one-time commission on qualifying one-time items sold to customers you introduce.

Earn 10% monthly recurring commission on qualifying recurring services, calculated on collected revenue.

A Sunwire Channel Partner is an independent business that introduces prospective clients to Sunwire products and services. The partner does not act as an agent of Sunwire and is not authorized to bind Sunwire to any agreement.
All customers introduced under the program remain customers of Sunwire. Sunwire retains ownership of the service agreement, billing relationship, and contractual obligations with the customer.
Commission is earned only on closed, invoiced, and active services tied to registered and approved opportunities. Recurring commission is based on collected revenue, and payouts can only be requested after payment is received from the client.
Yes. Channel Partners must register all prospective opportunities with Sunwire prior to quoting or engaging in sales discussions. Only registered and approved opportunities qualify for commission.
The agreement term is one year from execution and automatically renews for successive one-year terms unless either party provides notice at least 60 days before renewal.
Only with written permission. Channel Partners must obtain written approval before using Sunwire branding and must follow applicable brand guidelines.
