As one of Sunwire’s highly skilled Network Operations Technicians, you will be part of the NOC team that monitors, maintains, configures, documents, and troubleshoots a high volume of network devices on our expansive telecommunications network. The main goal is to proactively monitor, maintain, and manage the network to ensure 99.999% uptime and employ investigative and troubleshooting incident management skills when problems arise.
The Business Telecom Support Technician is responsible for being front line support for our business clients.
The purpose of the position is to employ investigative and troubleshooting skills to resolve both routine and complex network, computer hardware, and OS issues in a timely and efficient manner. The technician should be approachable and personable. They should be able to effectively convey problems, solutions and training to customers and staff in a clear and concise manner. They must be focused and detail-oriented with good oral and written communication skills.
A client services representative will be the face of Sunwire when customers reach out in regards to their billing, orders, or light sales questions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail. The client services representative will respond to clients who reach out to us over the phone, by email, in person, and on social media. The client services representative’s main goal will be to assist clients with their requests and making sure each client has a positive, memorable, exceptional experience when dealing with Sunwire.
A Tier 1 Technical Support Representative will be the face of Sunwire when customers reach out for residential services technical support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail. The technical support agent will respond to clients who reach out to us over the phone, by email, or by chat. The technical support representatives’ main goal will be to promptly and professionally assist clients with their requests while making sure each client has a positive, memorable, exceptional experience when dealing with Sunwire.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years supporting and implementing IT solutions in the SMB market. If you are an experienced IT Support Technician that can work independently and with a small team then this position is definitely for you. You will work directly out of PSA and RMM tools for managing IT support requests and participate in projects involving cloud, server, network and desktop deployments.
