Conference Calling

Meet-Me Conference Rooms are Easy to Use and Manage

Our Meet-Me Rooms allow you to create a conference room which allows multiple people to speak at once rather than being limited to two (conference calling). Simply invite callers to dial into a specific extension or use the administrative portal to direct them using your phone system.

Basic Rooms

$10.00/mo.
5 cents per min. per participant

Invite up to 50 participants at any time. Participant limits may be increased upon request at no additional charge when capacity is available. One local or toll-free number is included (toll free is billed at 5 cents/min. per participant.)

 

Advanced Rooms

The Advanced Meet-Me Rooms include all of the same features as the Basic Meet-Me Rooms but also includes call recording and storage of the Meet-Me Room conversation in the administrative web portal.

    A great tool for training purposes or monitoring quality assurance, call recording can be set to always record or record on demand.

    Recordings can be accessed through the Call Detail Report or emailed directly to any email address of your choice. Our offload tool allows you to transfer records to a separate server.
