"Up to" speeds can be reached when optimal conditions are met.
2 One-time build costs require site visits in order to determine infrastructure requirements. Activation includes account registration, setup and configuration. Technicians will go on site only if required - when required, on-site technicians will install the modem and check its levels. On-site technicians do not re-wire, configure or troubleshoot any device or service.
